it appears to be a corrupted image of a login page for "Mithrea Systems Launcher" but the username is too dingus quality for me to read
also the image is way too big, at 22mb so ill investigate that later
i think another thing that we should acknowledge is the mithras png that andrew posted in the discord server. i highly discourage taking images from the dG socials because i think theres all sorts of compression bullshit thats performed on an image before its posted. its named "mithras.png"
bumping the contrast up actually gives a pretty cool logo with a wikipedia link for mithraism (the tiny red vertical line)
