I (designer) and Maelstrom (developer) are working on a program that is intended to replace the Windows shell with a custom theme as shown below:

We plan to theme the taskbar, start menu, context menus, and notifications. At this time we do not plan to theme the window buttons or programs such as file explorer.
Help wanted: Due to the effort needed, I am asking for devs that know Windows API, C/C++, and Qt/QtQuick/QML. Let me know if you can help, and I will DM you the contact info.
