Is the Steam Deck worth it for anyone who owns one?

I've been thinking about purchasing a Steam Deck for myself, and I've heard great praise about it from people I know. For people who own one, is it worth it for me to spend $500 and get one? I use Steam a lot on my desktop at home and I own a lot of games on Steam.
