Suddenly lamenting owning physical games. In this era of cloud-gaming, digital purchases, and streaming, the idea of having physical games is slowly becoming a niche thing. It's especially disheartening knowing that there's tons of games that come out now without the option to have a physical copy, where it be that it's an indie game that's only available digitally, or a AAA game that is just a box that comes with a download code. I'm glad I kept all my games from my childhood around and still keep some on display in my room. So I guess this is a thread to share your physical games or discuss physical games/game related merch/media you own!



I have a lot more Gamecube/Xbox/PS1 stuff from my childhood but I have to pull it out of storage to share

Don't yet own it, but I backed this Kickstarter. The dudes over at Morphcat are absolute wizards for some of what they manage to pull off with the NES. I don't even have one, just thought the project was cool.

what could be better than this (other than having cleaner copies of some of these, sadly 20-ish year old used games can be kinda rough)

(and having a better camera than the one on my phone)

(and having more shelf space, i have more PS2 games in a bag somewhere lol. mostly the ones I own on other platforms or have already finished)
