I come back bearing chicken quesadillas. One of my quick and easy meals. I just take the premade rotisserie chicken at any grocery store that has them, properly season it up while chopping the meat down finer, and then just add in any fixings I desire at the moment. I typically build the quesadilla inside the pan I'm crisping it up in. Guac optional but I typically always have it with these. Next time I make my world-famous cookies, I'll get a series of pics to show off the process.

Yes, I'm going to eat all of this in one sitting. I actually made another one just in case I'm still hungry.
