howdy y'all!

Anyone pick up any good deals in the latest steam sale?

Unfortunately, no for me. None of the games on my wishlist went on a big enough sale for me to pick something up right now.

What about you?

I grabbed a handful of platformers/couch co-op games. Haven't given all of them a spin yet, but here's a few standouts

• Curse Crackers (GBC platformer, very mario, excellent value for $1.50)
• Escapists 2 (brother played hundreds of hours of the first, 2 has couch co-op so it'll be fun to play together)

I think I'm definitely gonna nab The Deadseat and maaaaybe Blind Drive, but idk if I should get 1000xRESIST, Star of Providence, Dark Deception Complete bundle or Rain World

I picked up Star of Providence after you reminded me it exists. Normally I have a mental blockade to buying >$10 games on Steam unless its something I've been waiting for for years, but I'm really glad I decided to pick it up.

Had some difficulties getting the controls set up on the Steam Deck, but its a great portable game, played about an hour of it on the beanbag. Really hoping they update it to be deck verified but until then it's awesome.

I picked it up myself and have been playing through it, I highly recommend it ^^

i settled on Dark Deception and The Deadseat. i wanna check out more horror with fun gameplay and im fairly certain DD is one of the best ones out there
