What genre would this be or is the best fitting?

So, one of my favorite artist from the Buenos Aires underground scene is saramalacara a.k.a badfacesara.
I wanted to explain to a friend the sort of music she does but I can't quite find a name for this sort of music genre?

What are your thoughts on it? Also, I'm interested in how this sounds for non-spanish speakers.
