Basically, yeah. I've got a constant stream going no matter what, quiet moments are both few and far between.

Not only I listen to music a lot, I try to listen to 1 new (new to me that is) album at least every week, ideally 2 albums tho!

Pretty much nonstop, though only when I'm at my desk. I like to stay aware of my surroundings when I'm out and about or doing things around the house.
I tend to listen to the same stuff, but the genre will vary based on what I'm doing. In particular, instrumental post-rock and math rock helps me concentrate on my work.

Honestly? Not as much as you would think for someone who makes music. Maybe a couple times a week I will purposefully listen to music, otherwise I'm usually listening to long form youtube videos or podcasts. Whenever I drive though I like to put on music.

As much as I can, but that's split between "passive" and "active" listening. Usually I do passive listening at work or while playing games, but active listening gets sprinkled in depending on the material. But TLDR; as much as possible.
