I've been slowly getting back into making art after like 2 years cause I realized how fun it used to be after doing an art challenge with a friend

I did this piece a while back, I've taken assets from Tsutomu Nihei's BLAME! volume 5 cover and random old websites from the internet.

I really love BLAME, the influence its had on many other works I've enjoyed is crazy.

first: this is so cute and cool, I would love to play a whole game with this look

second: no need to apologize for posting art that is not in the "dG style"! I am a long-time active member of deskGen and my art is not even close to the style most commonly associated with us, so I can assure you we do not mind ::::3

Made it in a state of worry and the next day things started looking up
I feel pretty happy with the execution too because I wanted to throw in some culture shit w/ what ive been getting up to n I think that came together pretty nicely.
